The housing market has gone through some memorable changes throughout 2020 and 2021. Most notably, housing prices have reached record highs. This was due, in part, to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Mortgage rates have also been at a record low and fewer homes have been available. However, as we enter 2022, what changes can we expect to see in the United States housing market? From what experts can gauge, it seems that the market is beginning to normalize.
