Your hardwood floors were built to be tough, but even they need some tender loving care every now and then. Bring your hardwood floors back to life by giving them a thorough cleaning. Vacuum them, and then mop with a cleaner that is specifically made for hardwood floors—you don’t want to accidentally cause any damage, so check the label if you’re unsure. For an added shine, use a microfiber cloth to mop your floors instead of a traditional mop. This can take a minute, but you are able to get into the nooks and crannies, and the effect is worth the time and effort.
Clean floors make the whole house feel clean. Give yours a good scrub-down and transform the feeling of your home for instant and easy home maintenance.
A real estate inspection or home inspection is not an appraisal or a check for compliance with building codes; it’s also not an evaluation of environmental hazards. See the NYS Standards of Practice for more information on the limitations of a home inspection.
